My GP told me that I shouldn’t be depressed and that I don’t need medication because the sun is shining and that should do the trick. 
Thanks Man, I can’t believe I didn’t think of this years ago when it started. How fucking silly of me, but hope you don’t mind that fact that I am going to change doctors and become even more fucked up.
